Wedding Deposit & Payment Schedule: Beaudry's Flowers will secure your wedding date on Beaudry's bridal calendar upon receipt of your minimum $200 non-refundable deposit. In addition to your non-refundable deposit, depending on the size of the wedding, Beaudry Flowers may request that payment of at least 20% of the value of the contract be made at time of booking. The final balance is due 1 month before the wedding date. All payments above the non-refundable deposit are subject to cancellation policy shown below.

Cancellations: Contract cancellation should be made in writing. Please pay special attention to potential cancellation fees that may exist given your time of cancellation. Specifically, if you choose to cancel between three (3) - six (6) weeks prior to your wedding date, you are responsible for payment in full for any applicable outside rentals and miscellaneous decor. If you choose to cancel within three (3) weeks of your wedding date, you may be responsible for up to 100% of your order plus payment in full for any applicable outside rentals and miscellaneous decor, in the event Beaudry Flowers has already ordered your flowers and custom décor and the order(s) cannot be cancelled. In the event of any cancellation, please be aware that your non-refundable deposit will be either forfeited or converted to an in store credit for use in future. (Exception: The timeframe for cancellation fees will be adjusted accordingly to correct for wedding dates that are scheduled within three (3) months or less from the contract date).

Rentals & Damage: All rental items must be returned to Beaudry Flowers. Client will be responsible for any damage to property including but not limited to centerpieces, chairs, linens, backdrops, charger plates, etc. Once the setup is completed by Beaudry Flowers, all equipment brought in and set up will be under client’s liability. All damage and or missing property will be charged at full replacement cost.

Substitutions: We reserve the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers received are not of the quality suitable for your wedding. In this event, the integrity of the proposed colour scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used. You will be notified of any adjustments.
