What is Beaudry's deposit policy and "Securing" the date and the overall payment schedule?

Beaudry's Flowers will "secure" your wedding date on Beaudry's bridal calendar upon receipt of your $200 non-refundable deposit with your signed contract. This is our assurance, and likewise, the bride's, that we are handling your wedding arrangements and will reserve the date, time and rentaBecause weddings are custom-order and can include both floral and bridal services, in addition to your $200 non-refundable deposit, Beaudry Flowers requests payment of at least 20% of the value of the contract be made at time of booking. The final balance is due four weeks before the wedding date. All payments above the non-refundable deposit are subject to cancellation policy shown below.


What is the Beaudry Flowers wedding cancellation policy?


If you wish to cancel your event, after having signed your contract and paid a deposit, please know that we request that you submit your request for cancellation to us in writing. Also, please pay special attention to potential cancellation fees that may exist given your time of cancellation. Specifically, if you choose to cancel between three (3) - six (6) weeks prior to your wedding date, you are responsible for payment in full for any applicable outside rentals and miscellaneous decor. Further, if you choose to cancel within three (3) weeks of your wedding date, you may be responsible for up to 100% of your Beaudry Flowers Wedding Order plus payment in full for any applicable outside rentals and miscellaneous decor, in the event Beaudry Flowers has already ordered your flowers and custom décor and the order(s) cannot be cancelled. In the event of any cancellation, please be aware that your $200 non-refundable deposit will be either forfeited or converted to an in store credit for use in future. (Exception: The timeframe for cancellation fees will be adjusted accordingly to correct for wedding dates that are scheduled within three (3) months or less from the contract date).
