Any substitutions will always be of equal or greater value and chosen to maintain the overall style, colour palette, and quality of your order.
For mixed floral arrangements, we will make every effort to use the flower varieties and colour palette shown. If certain flowers are unavailable, they may be replaced with similar blooms of equal or greater value while preserving the overall look and feel of the arrangement.
For arrangements featuring a single flower variety (such as roses or lilies), we will do our best to provide the same flower type. If necessary, the colour may be substituted based on availability.
If the vase or container pictured is unavailable, it will be replaced with a similar container of equal or greater value.
We carefully select healthy, high-quality plants for every order. If a specific plant variety is unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar plant of equal or greater value. For specialty plants, such as orchids, we will make every effort to provide the same variety. If necessary, a different colour may be substituted. If the planter or container shown is unavailable, a comparable container of equal or greater value will be used.
Gift baskets, gourmet items, plush animals, balloons, and other specialty gifts are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, it may be substituted with a similar product of equal or greater value while maintaining the same theme and overall presentation.
