- Same day delivery order cutoff is 1 pm.
- Delivery Available: Monday - Sunday.
- Delivery time: Your order will arrive between 9am and 6pm. Delivery times are NOT guaranteed unless it is for a business, special event or funeral service. You may request your time details (AM or PM, before or after a certain time) in the special instructions at check out and we will try our best.
- Please do your best to confirm that your flower recipient will be at the delivery location and provide an alternative phone number if possible. In the event that no one is available to receive it and we are not able to get a hold of them, we may try to leave the flowers in a safe secure space, protected from weather (unless below 0 degrees Celsius as the flowers would freeze). If we can't leave the flowers, the delivery driver may attempt to leave it with a neighbor and add a door-tag for the recipient. If all attempts fail, we will return the order to the shop and contact you to make other arrangements for delivery or pick up. Additional charges may apply for a second delivery.
- Unfortunately, there are no returns for customers when recipients refuse to receive a delivery.
DELIVERY RANGE + FEES
- We have a minimum delivery fee of $15 + tax.
In range: Our shop serves the following areas in Ontario and Quebec: Ottawa, Gloucester, Hull, Gatineau, Aylmer, Orleans, Kanata, Stittsville, Nepean, Barrhaven, Manotick, Greely, Cumberland, and Vanier
Out of range: Rockland, Deep Manotick, Carp, Richmond, Vars, Russell, Carlsbad Springs, Dunrobin, Cantley, Chelsea, etc.
- You can give our shop a call or email us to check capacity/availability and determine extra fees for out of range deliveries.
Your order will be ready for pickup between the hours of 9am-5pm on the pickup date you've requested. We appreciate our customers and look forward to providing you with your lovely orders! Please allow 2 hours for same day orders.
We are dealing with a perishable product therefore we do not accept returns, however if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our shop and allow us the opportunity to make it better. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

All items are non-refundable however we offer exchange or in-store credit for non-perishable items.
